Transactions Thread

Post or update any transactions including free agents, trades, or signings here. Free agent bids will be placed here. In this case, highest bidder always wins. Once the original bid is proposed, there will be up to 24 hours to make additional bids. If there is a push there will be an additional 24 hours for additonal bids until there is a winner.

Follow the Salary cap guideline for every transaction. You are responsible to keep track of your players and their contract lengths. Here is the website for each teams official contracts: http://www.walterfootball.com/freeagentscontracts.php. In each players' contract year, you have to determine if you want to resign them or let them test the market. You can find all the information in the salary cap thread. Take some time to learn the system before you start making acquistions.

Everyone will be required to make a team thread. This will be so everyone can keep up to date on their contracts and years.

Once someone does make a signing or trade, make sure to post the transaction in your team thread as well. And update your contracts. Contracts trasnfer in trades and new contracts are given to free agents and draft picks. Follow the guidelines for how many years you are required to sign each type of player.

You can bid however much you want, those values are just guidelines on how much each player is worth. It is just if you don't have enough points then your bid would be invalid.

As a commishioner I choose not to reinstate Michael Vick. Now the Pats and Cards can go officially claim their free agent. You don't have to wait for my approval, once the 24 hours is up. Pats and Cards make sure to update your team thread with your newly aquired player. You are responsible to keep track of your points. So if you had 15 points to work with and you spend 4 on Ty Law, simply just put 15-4=11 Cap Space and add Ty Law to the contracts. Follow the Salary cap system for contracts and such. Ty Law is a veteran rated 70-79, so you'd sign him to a 2 year deal according to our system.
