Just a reminder, you spent 3 points on James and you lost 5 in the trade, plus you had to release Jason Snelling to sign James, so you should be at 11 points. If you won McAllister, then you'd have 0 points left.

Since your cap space will be at 0 after you sign McAllister, make sure you release a player who A) won't cost you a cap hit or B) will actually give you more points. You can release anyone 49 or lower and there won't be a cap hit. So CB Grimes or QB Shockley are your best bets, unless you want to release a higher caliber player to gain back a few points. Your call.
